LaTosha Ward is a distinguished strategist and a highly sought-after speaker, renowned for her expertise in AI, Machine Learning, innovation, Agility, and Leadership Development. She has been married to best friend Ernest for 19 years and is the mother of three wonderful boys. As the Chief Strategy Officer of BID - Business & Individual Development, she brings over two decades of experience in Agile and Project Management. LaTosha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, a Mini-MBA in Organizational Leadership, and is set to complete her MBA in December 2024. She is also a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and the author of two courses, “Knowing Your Customer” and “Who Is Your Internal and External Customer?”. LaTosha's leadership and strategic insights have been featured in numerous publications, including Authority, Medium Magazine, and Shout Out Ohio! She has been a speaker at prestigious events such as Salesforce Dreamin in Color, Cincinnati Black Tech Week, Harvard University, and the Ohio Department of Development MBAC. Her speaking topics cover a wide range, including Understanding AI and Machine Learning, Developing Innovation and Agility, Improving Team Motivation and Engagement and Leadership Development. This year, LaTosha will be the keynote speaker for the Women of Color Caucus, where she will share her insights on leadership and innovation.
